COVID 19 PROTOCOLS<\/h2>

  • Physical distancing.<\/li>\n
  • Cleaning and sanitizing of common areas and rooms.<\/li>\n
  • Disinfection with soap, chlorine and quaternary ammonium.<\/li>\n
  • Information available on obligations and prevention recommendations.<\/li>\n
  • Reception and check-out faster and less congested.<\/li>\n
  • Each guest (or reservation holder) will be asked to pre-check-in online through a form that will be sent by email, in order to make the entry of passengers to the establishment more fluid.<\/li>\n
  • We will send the account of extra services electronically for
    \nthat they can make the payment through bank transfer.
    \nTo avoid direct contact and following the instructions of
    \nSERNATUR, we will not be able to continue receiving\/firing our
    \npassengers with typical collars.<\/li>\n
  • Safe tours in small groups.<\/li>\n
  • Cleaning and sanitizing of our vehicles for rent, the excursions organized by the establishment will be in small groups in buses specially enabled to have more space inside them.<\/li>\n
  • The tours will be adapted to increase the time spent outdoors, but as always, depending on weather conditions and the regulations issued by the Park<\/li>\n
